We are delighted to announce that we were recently awarded the contract for the supply and installation of our new raised access flooring system to the office areas at the above.

The contract was awarded to us by FES FM. This further enhances our ongoing business relationship with FES and this also marks our first raised access flooring installation for them.

The project was a challenge from a logistical point of view as the majority of works had to be carried out adjacent to a live working office environment. Part of the works involved interfacing our new proprietary Devar access floor system with the existing installation which required part removal of the existing system and various adjustments to achieve a satisfactory finish. We manufactured and installed both our standard finish corner lock system which was subsequently covered with carpet tiles and also our own integral HPL (high pressure laminate) panel to match the clients chosen colour scheme.

Both the client, Prudential Assurance and the facilities contractors, FES were delighted with the completed installation and we look forward to installing further areas for them in due course.
