Project Oxygen, Exeter Business Park

We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the supply and installation contract for the raised access flooring works at the new "Project Oxygen" office building based at Summerfield Developments' prestigious Exeter Business Park. The building was designed by Broadway Malyan architects who specified the Devar system.

The specification calls for our DMG 670 medium grade system utilising the Genesis 1 pedestal.

The contract has been awarded to us by Midas Group. This marks our first business partnership with them. Installation of the works is due to commence early April 2011 with the building providing over 4,300m² of modern office accommodation over four floors.

The building has been acquired by the statistical research consultancy experts ATASS Ltd who will occupy this building as their new headquarters.

There will be a bespoke understructure design required for the top mechanical floor as this will house a number of specialised HVAC units.
